• Single Packs: fully covered by the trial.

• Multi-Packs: the trial covers the first 30 pieces or first pack; unopened packs must be returned for a refund.

If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Returns

• Must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

• Contact help@lucidtapes.com to start a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

We’ll provide a prepaid label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days once we receive and inspect your return. Processing times may vary by bank/credit card provider.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on:

• Opened items beyond the 30-strip trial

• Sale items or gift cards

• Custom/special-order products
